DBS Certificates ultimately contains the personal data of the candidate the DBS Check has been run on. The candidates are required to provide their employers with the original copy of the DBS certificate for employment purpose/decisions.

Please be advised  when a check has been processed by the DBS , a DBS certificate is produced and issued to the applicant  and sent to their current address as stated on their application form in conformity to the DBS guidelines. 

The Basic check however can be sent to the employer's address acting as a Care-off address. This will normally be consented by the candidate when filling the application form.
