Live ID check can be done on any device with a camera, e.g. computer, laptop, tablet or phone

Instructions to do a Live ID on Xavier

The first check you will do when logging onto Xavier is a Live ID

• Step 1: Allow Xavier the permission to access the camera

• Step 2: Select the ID you will be using

• Step 3: Ensure the ID is in focus

• Step 4: Frame your face

Step 1: Allow Xavier the permission to access the camera

• When you click on the Live ID section Xavier will bring up a pop up box asking permission to access your camera on the device

• You need to allow the permission to be able to do the check

Step 2: Select the ID you will be using

• You will be asked to select which ID you will be using from a list of options available based on which country your ID is from

Step 3: Ensure the ID is in focus

• You will be asked to make sure the ID is in focus and that you can read all the text clearly on the image

Step 4: Frame your face

• You will be asked to frame your face in the oval
