Contact the Disclosure and Barring Service

  •  If the candidate has not received their certificate for the check after 14 days of the date the certificate was issued, they will need to contact the Disclosure and Barring service on 0300 200 190 and select Option 2 to request a re-print. 

Note

We are unable to send out certificates for the checks as they are issued by the Disclosure and Barring Service
